The Premium Banner logos should always appear with the JD North America logo. They do not have to be paired with the JD North America as shown below, but they should not appear by themselves. Logo Misuses for the JD North America logo still apply. Size ratio between the JD North America logo and Premium Banners should not exceed example below. The banner should scale in relation to the logo when used
